Before using cheat codes

You cannot enter any cheat code before your cellphone really works. Thus, you have to succeed the 2 first missions in order:

1) Drive to Roman's Place mission.
2) It's Your Call mission: go to see Roman at the cab depot, drive him to the hardware store, then back to the cab depot.
3) Now your cellphone works. Let's cheat!

CHEAT CODES

1) Press Up to display your cellphone.
2) Press Up again to access the keypad.
3) Enter the following numbers to activate the corresponding cheat code. Press A to call.
4) The cellphone calls, then ''Cheat activated'' displays and the phone hangs up. The cheat is on!
5) Once you enter the first cheat code, the new ''Cheats'' menu appears under the ''Options'' menu. You can now access the cheats by just validating the corresponding cheat's name.
6) Save the game to keep the cheat codes in your phone. But carefull! As in all GTAs, saving after enabling a code can cause some problems. Note that this may disable some Achievements. A message always indicates the blocked Achievement(s).
7) The unlockable zombie skin doesn't work on Xbox 360...

Statue Of Happiness' heart!

1) Take an helicopter then go to Happiness Island.
2) Fly over the statue's back and jump out of the helicopter at the statue's feet (really)!
3) There is a door at the statue's back, with a plaque that reads ''No Hidden Content Here''. That's false! ; )
4) Walk through that door like a ghost to enter in the statue.
5) Go to the other side of the ladder, and climb it to the top.
6) You arrive on a platform, where you can look at the heart beating...

Statue Of Happiness sweatshirt

1) Go to Happiness Island, and go upstair to the Statue Of Happiness' feet (at the last reachable door).
2) In front of the door, there is a folded sweatshirt on the ground.
3) Once you picked up the sweatshirt, the game loads and Niko wear the sweatshirt.
4) The sweatshirt is navy blue. The Statue is drawed on the front, with the message ''Happiness is...''. On the back, the message continue with the word ''...land".

Song informations

1) Get in a vehicle, switch on the radio, and listen to a song or a music.
2) Dial 9485550100 on your cellphone.  
3) A message from Lazlow (ZiT radio) displays.
4) A short time later, you receive a text on your cellphone which indicates the artist and the name of the song.
5) Tip: you have to re-enter the phone number every time (the code doesn't appear in the Cheats Menu).

Changing weather

1) Dial 4685550100 on your cellphone.
2) The time is immediately changing. It cycles every time you enter the code: overcast, foggy, stormy, sunny...
3) Tip: select the ''HOT - Weather'' option in the Cheats menu to re-enter this code.

Emergency Services

Dial  911 on your cellphone (you have to redo the phone number every time).

> Press 1 to call the police (a police car arrives, you can then stole it).
> Press 2 to call the MS Paramedics. An ambulance arrives then, and the paramedics will heal you if you are hurt But the treatment is expensive! Welcome to America...
> Press 3 to call the Fire Departiment. A firetruck arrives. You can stole it. Rotate right joytick to move the fire hose, and press LB to water!

Restart the engine

1) When your vehicule's engine doesn't restart, dial a number from your phonebook.
2) The engine restarts. Funny bug!

GTA III outfit

1) Kill Playboy X and go into his penthouse (witch is now your new safehouse).
2) Flip through your outfits to find a complete outfit witch look like (more and less...) that of GTA 3 hero: leather jacket, green pants, black shoes with white stripes.
3) Tip: this outfit is only in Playboy's wardrobe.

Hood

1) Successfull the ''Three Leaf Clover"" mission from Packie McReary (this is the bank attack).
2) The hood that you wore during the bank attack is then available in your wardrobes (in the Hat section)!
3) Tips: having chosen the cowl, you can put or put back glasses.
